Welcome from your Winter Ball Chair

South College hosts two seasonal balls in the summer and winter, which celebrate the South community, our achievements, and the beginning and end of the academic year. Our 2024 Winter Ball was held at the Beamish Hall Country House Hotel on the 25th of November, with a Sapphire theme. Students chose from dining or entertainment tickets, which were purchased at a discounted rate with the JCR-Levy. Non-college guests and alumni also attended.

It was an evening of celebration complemented by a 3-course meal, stunning entertainment, live music including student bands and DJs, and more.
